T’ai-Chi is an ancient Chinese mind-body exercise practiced for health, mental development, meditation and self-defense. It integrates slow, intentional movements with breathing and mindfulness, aiming to strengthen, relax and integrate the physical body and mind. At the completion of these classes, you will have a solid foundation of the principles and practice of T'ai Chi.
In this series of classes, you will:
Kurt Swanson is a certified instructor of Yang-style T’ai-Chi Ch’uan and Qigong. He has studied under Master Ray Hayward since 2006.

Jeffry Jeanetta-Wark, MA, LICSW is the Clinical Director of the Center for Integrated Well-being with over 25 years of clinical experience. He was a staff member for the 1984 Olympic Games and a college gymnastics coach. Learn skills you can use at home or work, as an individual, a coach, or a team leader.
