6-Week T'ai-Chi Series Rescheduled to

We apologize for the delay. T'ai-Chi instructor Kurt Swanson was unavoidably held up on January 2nd, and we were unable to reach signed up students. Julie did give a free yoga class to those who chose to stay. T'ai-Chi has been rescheduled, so you can still start the new year with this six-week series to help strengthen, relax and integrate the body and mind. Kurt welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced.
T’ai-Chi is an ancient Chinese mind-body exercise practiced for health, mental development, meditation, and self-defense. At the completion of these classes, you will have a solid foundation of the principles and practice of T'ai Chi including a routine you can practice at home.
Research has shown it to have profound effects on sleep, stress, circulation, and balance. It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system and can impact issues like migraine and cardiac recovery. It is mindfulness in motion, moving meditation, and builds strength without being strenuous.
